Ive had about 3 people join and ask for an admin, then show them a book and quill.
It is said that you can use json text in the books, so they are hiding the commands in it.
This exploit only works if the person clicking the link is OP.
The plugin is made by minoneer over at spigot, and I would recommend installing this plugin if you have players OP on your server. Works with craftbukkit/spigot 1.8.4
