LogalicioustuffWell... Not many options there. The best option is donate $10 to optifine, or just go to Minecon. There really isn't many other options after that.
And the OptiFine cape will only show up for people who use OptiFine.
I'm pretty sure there's a mod out there for capes, but only people who also have the mod can see your cape.
