i have a minecrfat server right now its a private vannila but im considering changing it to a city server what do you an the community think please tell me

What experiences do you have as staff(Try to add pictures of buildings you made if you are going for builder position):I have been staff on multiple servers and I have alot of experiences with moderating building for servers etc. I am experienced with catching hackers especially ones with kronos hack. And I'm experienced with moderating forums.
Why do you think you are best out of all other people applying for staff:Because I am kind,honest and mature and always ready to help whenever needed. I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.

How many hours can you play on the server?:from 8am-9pm
Have you been banned before on the server?:nope

What skills can you bring to the server:Well I can build alot of stuff for you and I can be a good guard if its a prison server, I can catch people with hacks.
You are the only Staff on the server and 10 people need your help,what do you do?:Well I go to the person that needs the help the most then I work my way up until I've helped them all.
A player is advertising what do you do?:temp mute then mute for a day then perm mute
A player has logged in and lost his stuff what do you do?:I ask him if he dropped it, if so it was probably taken or clear lag took it.
A player has accidently griefed one block on another players faction what do you do?:Well I tell them to get along with each other and stop fighting over 1 block.
You see a staff abusing his powers what do you do:?I would either perm ban or/demote
