Clickable sign tp command

Please help. Does anybody know the command that gives you a clickable sign (sign that when clicked a command runs) that can teleport you when you click it?

I can't give you the command right off the top of my head, but this website is magical. It's a free online generator for /tellraw, signs, books, and all things json: http://minecraftjson.com/#
You can put whatever text you want in and add a clickEvent to run a command that teleports the player. Just make sure you have the command set to one of the sign options, not the tellraw.
