...What the hell are you talking about 'coding' a server? Setting up a server requires zero knowledge of code.
He's talking about helping out with plugins, permissions, and other things of the sort.

you really don't need to have any knowledge of coding to set up permissions. Unless youre making plugins then emborton is right.
