Command Block Commands

I'm trying to figure out how to set a command block that makes a spawn point. Actually, there are other commands to to figure out. Like, how do I set difficulty? How can I make players not be able to use cheats?

Commands to set spawn points:
/setworldspawn [x] [y] [z] Sets where all new players will spawn
/spawnpoint @a [x] [y] [z] Sets where a certain player will spawn.
Difficulty (As in Peaceful, Easy, Hard, etc.):
/difficulty <A number between 0 and 3> 0 is peaceful, and 3 is hard.
You unfortunately can't force a player to not use cheats. There is an option when you are creating a world (Allow Cheats: Off), but anyone can turn cheats back on by opening a world to LAN and turning cheats on there.
