I made a house and im pretty sure it isnt a condo but i dont really care....anyway it would be cool if anyone who wanted to make a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and so on floors. thanks and sorry i wasnt done with the roof and my house blew up cause my brother downloaded the u be creeper mod and sometimes when you spawn you blow up soo.... yeah... i havent worked on it for a while bu i will now

Well.. I'll still give my opinion even if it's blown up.
The roof is a bit flat and boring, I'm not sure if that was intentionally for the theme you're going with (modern, perhaps?), but with modern houses they usually stuck to monotone colors (black, whites and grays) and have a bit more architecture than just being a box.
I notice a bit of your area's seem bare and don't really follow a theme. I highly suggest checking out MinecraftFurniture.net, that's my favorite website to go to when I need ideas for an empty space.
