Is there any possible way I can upload a build from my single player to a plot on a creative server using some kind of coppy and paste program? Because if not then im going to have to rebuild this castle all by hand and I dont want to waist all this time if there is an easier way.

You can upload your server map to you're minecraft folder, then use world edit to copy and paste in your castle from your world to the server, then upload the map back to your server.
