With the amount of info you've given me, which is 0, all I can tell you is to delete all your WorldGuard files from your FTP and reinstall the latest version of the plugin.

Alright, so I think I found it out. I logged on to your server and I could break the spawn, so I have come to the conclusion that you have had worldguard/other protecting plugin disabled. I don't know much about servers, so I would try reinstalling it? Sorry, I only know the basics.
I've also asked how you reproduce the plugin. Please give me some specifics or you won't be able to get helped.

Maybe you shouldn't be giving OP/Plugin admin permissions to people that aren't responsible with them.
