did u log in from another location??? if so then log in from the monitor/computer your using that should work.

Minecraft updated to 1.1. If you chose to update and the servers have not yet, you cannot log onto them.

No guys i bought the game...I'm Still on 1.0 I could try updating.
or it could be that the server updated but the bukkit compatability isnt out so it crashes all plugins and you cant log in
Minecraft just updated to 1.1 today, and most servers are only on 1.0. Sooo simplified it means most servers are out-dated

If it says "Outdated Server", it isn't an error, it's an outdated server. If it says anything other than "Outdated Server", delete your .minecraft and let the launcher re-install it.
