My forge 31.1.0 version (which is 1.16.3) is not loading any worlds. The application is loading from Minecraft launcher. But it is not loading any worlds. it just stops responding. Can you please help me?

Sure! Try uninstalling any mods that may interfere with the world creation process. Or go to forge's forums website and contact the staff there.
