usually ony run miecraft ad at most 2 tabs of like pmc or minecraft wiki or something. Ill try dediczating more ram
1st cheak to see if he has turbo boost activated for his CPU and also deticate more ram to minecraft that normaly helps also cheak how many things u r running at the same time
