I was playing singleplayer (creative) in an NPC village (seed: gimmeabreak) that I Put a fence around (It's in superflat), made animal pens, put ocelots, snow golems and wolves in. I was near the church, and I saw and Iron Golem holding a rose and infront of it was a villager. O_O

Yep, thats what Iron Golems do. They spawn in NPC villages and often carry roses. They are guardians of the villagers. This is totally normal.
