Having a Stable Server Launch [Help]

Hi we are an upcoming adventure server but will also offer survival. The main attraction is our adventure mode. We could launch the server early with only survival, and release the adventure mode later or release everything at once at a later date. The question is which release would bring the most amount of traffic of players and would also have the most loyal players/regulars. Thank you for your time.
