I am making mods and I am new to planet minecraft if you would be kind enough to diamond so I can go up a few levels and be able to upload mods!

Do not ask for diamonds on the forums or otherwise.
How much experience do you have making mods? I would suggest making arrows throwable by right-clicking. I was planning to make that myself as a first or second released mod, but you can have the honors.
