how do you make sheers so you get leaves and wool its not on the wiki yet and not recipe for minecraft.

I tried the very few things I thought would work... it didn't work. xD
*Update*
Put an Iron Ingot at a top corner and an Iron Ingot in the middle. Ba-bam!
(Just make a diagonal with 2 iron ingots)
