I realize that it doesn't take effect until August, but you still shouldn't be doing it because technically it was always against the rules.

If you would have read my previous post, I recognized this. I said that it was always against the rules, and that they still shouldn't be doing it, even if they are able to.

Unless your staff rank is purely cosmetic, colored named, etc, etc, then you are breaking the rules. You are selling a rank, which by my assumption, gives players the permission to have new commands, and a better advantage over another player, which therefore, is against the EULA.

Yes it is, unless everyone get that staff rank and, the staff rank can't include OP items that will cause someone to win a game when they play so , only cosmetic items. Also, donating basically means, "I will donate to your server to help keep it up, I do not want any rank or extra items." the definition is "give (money or goods) for a good cause, for example to a charity." according to my google.
You realize that giving people perks based on how much they donate is against the EULA, right?
That starts August 1st... Until then, he's fine to do this. Well, not really, but kind of. Just... Not on PMC.
