someone stole my map which i payed for. they hacked into my console and got it what should i do?

it has custom plugins and a custom map that i have payed for.
I can't really wrap my mind around this,you paid for a custom map with plugins and someone else has it.What if he bought it from the same guy,too?
Then I have no idea who you should report to.And not to sound rude,but what does it matter if he uses your map?
