Try using Google Chrome or Firefox (although Safari shouldn't be causing a problem. It's the only browser I use).
Im using safari, I tell it to save and it just says "saving..." but it doesn't save it or ever finish "saving..."
so i have to be lvl 2 or above? or 10 and above?
You need to be level 2 or above or else your mod is put through the greenlight process to be reviewed. The person who said it was level 10 was wrong.
Since you're level 2 though, that shouldn't happen to you. However, I still don't have enough information to help you. What problem are you having exactly? Do you receive any error messages? What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing your cache or using a different browser or device?
