What types of buildings? I prefer working in a medieval theme, but I can also do rustic and modern, depending on what you want for the server. I also love incorporating redstone into my builds, just to give it that much more fun.

Use World Edit? Yes, I use it, I love using all the brushes mainly but i can use the other features too
Building Skills: I'm gonna say a solid 10, that's just a bit cocky, but it's definitely at the top end, 8 to 10.
Use Voxel Sniper: A small amount, but I'm much more proficient with world edit so I don't use VS quite as much
What type of buildings can you build? Anything, given the time. I can also do some redstone type stuff.

On a side note, I built spawn on my old server, it was a massive floating island with a glass dome above, with lots of lava pouring out the bottom into a huge crater. There was a moat surrounding the crater with 4 waterfalls coming down from the island, as a cool way to get down. I used portals to get up and down mainly, but I did use some vine ladders too. Anyway, lemme know what you think :p

Glitchers:

I will need satisfactory evidence before making my judgement. I will
not accuse and i WILL be fair. If i catch someone Glitching, it will be
an instant jail time for at least 1-2 hours.

Hackers: I will also
need satisfactory evidence, if i receive it, i will tell them to remove
the hacks and jail them for 1 hour minimum for not reading the rules at
spawn, which clearly states it.

Combat Loggers:

If someone combat logs, i will give them a warning, also
forcing him to give back his stuff to the other player. If he constantly
does it over and over again, it will be a jail for 2 hours.

Racism:


I will not tolerate racism, it is one of the most cruel things on Earth
to do. I will do my best to put a stop to it, i will tell them to stop,
if they don't i will jail them for 1 hour no questions asked.

Advertising:

If people advertise other servers i will jail them, because it won't
work giving them a warning, they will keep on doing it, no matter what.
If it is a genuine player telling his real life friend a server, i will
tell him to rather /msg me or tell me when no ones on the server.When
i warn him I will release him and fine him one warning, making sure he
does not do it again.

Other Information: I am a fairly good redstone person. I have fairly good creativity. I would try my hardest to help people around the server and get used to it. I don't give up easily when I'm building things on Minecraft. When I'm using World Edit, I will get the hang of it quite easily. I am friendly and mature, yet I love a little joke now and then.

Other: I am good with redstone, and as you wrote in the post that we would be Co-Owner if you accept us i know my way around almost all of the common plugins and plugin configuration. When it comes to server configuration/administration/moderation i am a very fast learner, i have really easy to learn a .CFG File for a new plugin wich i never used before for example and i remember almost all the commands when i seen one.
