Help for Minecraft

Hello guys, my minecraft is doing strange... I got a 'null' file in my .jar folder, and my SP isn't working when i install Zombe's and Modloader etc. I never got the 'null' file before, and when i delete it, my minecraft doesn't work, and when i keep it there, SP and MP can't load... any help?
