if you are able to log into your account on http://www.minecraft.net/ then you haven't got hacked. if you can log into your account then that's good. go to http://www.minecraft.net/profile and try to change your password.

i entered the remember me option so it keeps my pass and user.
You still might want to try to reset your password to see if that fixes your problem.
