It's Mojang code guy JENS! He changes lots of little things just to mess with players. Tex pack makers especially, he changed the way mobs tile, same with wooden and cobble steps and he made the beds tile up in an odd way you wouldn't expect, all in the 1.3 update. Hide ya pigs, hide ya cows!
It was gunpowder until they added the tooltips, and then it was sulfer, now it is gunpowder again.
It's been sulfur for longer. I need to check actually. I like gunpowder better though.
Didn't they just change it from gunpowder to sulphur?
