House plugin?
I tried getting a plugin so that players could rent houses on my new Roleplay server, but the only good one I found was outdated to 1.7.2, and was abandoned... If anyone knows of another one, please link it.
I'd rather stay away from region buying plugins because I dont want them to be able to break blocks, but just own the house and be able to call it their own.
Please help,

Or you could just use worldguard flags... Maybe a worldguard plugin would do it as well.

hmm... well I will tell you what, I will search through the depths of hell (aka the deep corners of mc plugin land) and find you what you need. but I need you to do one thing. I need you to help me make a few banners for my profile. deal?
Eh... I don't know... I want something where they can own the house, sell it, and keep other players out. If they just bought a region, they wouldn't be able to keep other players out.
You can do this with worldguard.
Then when they buy it add them to the nobuild area.
Then when they buy it add them to the nobuild area.
You can do that with a region-buying plugin. Just deny them permission to build in the region.
