Im making a hospital horror place and I need ideas, the hospital is huge and flickering lights,i also need a good hospital horror texturepack.

You could probably just make a big scary hospital (inspiration for google images, maybe?) and make a resource pack for it.
I mean, I don't know of a lot of people that'll do all of that for you.
