Inner-outer world problems

hey guys i was in a 1.2 village looking at the new iron golems, so i look over and in the distance i saw a double peice of land it was 2 layers the first ground layer - note this was on a (super flat) world- and then there was another layer it seems that when Jeb added the new height it glitch is this happening 2 everyone or did my world just glitch out

im still new 2 the forums so i don't know how to post pics if someone can tell me how i will post the screen shots i got
