You think being a server owner is about banning hackers and rule breakers? Well, you are living in a funny little world! It's not all about that. Below are things that are most common about what owners experience. Sorry, if this violates any rules of Planet Minecraft, please tell me, ok? I only created this for fun and to make people laugh!

That's literally how staffing went when I had the patience for factions servers...

I feel you. Here is a conversation from my server:
Me: I'm collecting opinions, What do you think about a vanilla, self-hosted, public server?
Them: Sounds good, but I would suggest you change to bukkit or spigot to prevent people from grefing.
Me: People already can't greif. Everyone is in adventure mode.
Them: Then how are you suppose to mine ???
Me: You're not. In fact I never even mentioned mining.
Them: You said it's vanilla though.
Me: It is.
Them: So you just stand and do nothing.

I don't think the player deserves a warning for that. It's good to be backed up by the community and if they hate idiots and hackers thats kind of not a reason to punish him. expect if you have some cursing rule or something.

I actually agree, I owned a server once, people come on just to ask for staff or something like that.
