Sometimes, you get to a point, like the storage of Moria, where you have 300 iron blocks, and you realize you could never possibly use it all. Then again, you also have about 1/5 of my diamond since I don't dig that deep. It all depends on the mine. I have found that resource mining is best done with a layered mine that stops just above lava layer. This makes it marginally safer to mine in, plus you get better ore and stuff. A strip mine takes too long for only slightly better return number wise but time wise you want to do a mine type that i cannot remember the name of.

yeah its not too much depending on how long u played im workin on about 300 iron and im almost completed a gold/diamond statue but congrats on what u havez
