Looking for.. (A friend and practicing German)

This is a bit of a shot in the dark, but here we go..
Hi, I am fully German and it was my first language, but I was raised in the US and for many reasons, family fell out of practice speaking it after the passing of my grandmother. But. We aren't here to trauma dump. Just context. I am very efficient in English, it is my main language to this day, but I seek that connection of speaking German again. I can read and understand emotions a lot better in German, since it was my first language for a while. So, a little more complicated and less complicated than your average American guy learning German for the hell of it. I digress.
Ultimately, I want one of these two options:
- A buddy okay practicing and teaching German while we play (I do not care what server or game mode, really.)
- And/Or voice chat of course, whether that's client-side mods, server mods, or discord.
I think if you were to ask me what my "ideal" solution would be, I would love to be on an SMP (Whether Deutsch or English) were I can play the game as normal and practice comfortably at a fair pace with a community to engage in again. Alongside me would be someone who can help me achieve those goals.
I am looking to actually practice the language again and engage in German, it does not have to be the entire time, and frankly, I'm also looking for a Minecraft friend. Been a while and frankly I am sick of doing dope stuff solo LOL.
Now, while I cannot currently afford classes (Hence why I am biting the bullet and asking a forum page of one of my top games instead of doing the "most logical option"), I do believe in a fair trade of mutual benefit. Of course, I will not know what the mass Minecraft population would prefer, but just know I have lots of skills and I am entirely open to assisting whomever might entertain this dream of mine to the best of my abilities. I do not believe and taking and not giving, haha.
A little wordy of a post. But I do have discord and of course, notifications on. Come say hi! Let me know if you are interested or know where I could potentially fulfil this personal dream of mine. Any serious comments I will provide a good point of contact if preferred.
