Looking for plugin help!

I am starting up a server and have gotten quite a bit done, there is one plugin that is going to take an extensive amount of time to fully configure and because of my long working hours I don't have the time to get it done anytime soon. I am willing to pay someone to configure the plugin fully and it will be worth your while, I need someone with extensive experience with configuring or making spigot plugins aka someone who knows what they're doing because its a complicated configuration and what I need done isn't super simple.
