Looking for plugins!!!!!

Hello! I'm in the middle of making a server and I included ranks in the server. But for each rank i wanted to give more permission to the player. I'm looking for plugins that I can use that will keep the players having fun but want to grind to that next rank to unlock something for that plugin. Please help!!!!!!!!!!
