Looking for a specific plugin.

Hey guys,

I have been searching through bukkit and I can't find the specific plugin I want. If you guys know of the plugin please let me know.

What it does:

A group (Permissions group) can only place a certain amount of a specific block, whereas a group higher can place more of that specific block.

For example,

Group A can place 10 pieces of dirt, but Group B can place 20 pieces of dirt.
