And I need help since I own a PC and I can't get xcode or any of that other stuff that is used for easy GUI programming on Mac. I really want to broaden my span of users than can use my program. So I would really like the help if you know how to code or are willing to learn for it .

You're asking for a thief to come and steal your code. (Possibility)
We will work things out, how to give credit to each other and stuff. And if the person doesn't know how to code, he won't know how to fix it if it's buggy so he will just be the helping hand by coding it on the mac os for me...
