I ask for the server name because I usually name the plugin description PluginName for ServerName. And I like to see my plugin in use, thats why I ask for the IP.

Well plz do ask cause I need a plugin made ASAP for my zombie server and we need it in a week or less!
I want to know why do we need to add our Name, Server name, and Server ip? Ether way I will fill out just anwser plz.
