Nothing feels better than making your world using the seed you used when you first started... if you can remember it. Welcome to the Minecraft Beta Hub (1.3 - 1.7.3). The World Generation before was much better. I won't get fully into this rant, but the biomes in 1.8 and above are dull, all the same, and there seems no use for seeds anymore. This forum hub is to discuss things in Minecraft Beta, like what you build. Don't feel alone. There are alot of Minecraft players playing Beta. If your thinking of downgrading then, do it, don't feel alone or behind, it is still fun, as long as we have a community to talk to.

Ah, the good ol' days of Beta 1.7.3...
I don't think I ever went back to playing Minecraft after the Adventure Update, it sure has been awhile.
One of my favorite seeds at the time was the iconic "gargamel" seed. Man, those were some good times.

It actually depends on what seed you use, though I guess only a few are cool now.
And Digiex Launcher I think does have all Minecraft versions except Indev.MCNostalgia has all I think except Survival Test.

A definitive bookmark! I miss the times when Beta 1.7.3 was the LATEST! And i can understand the people who joined before/in Alpha 1.2.0 that got mad 1.8 generation, because the world generation itself didn't change for 10 months and 14 days! I would be pissed too, when such great terrain won't be seen anymore.
