Minecraft Developer NEEDED

I have started a server a few months ago, and I have been working hard on it, and I would like to have a Developer to help with the server. I have had a few minecraft server a long time ago, but never had a developer. My other servers were smaller, but this server is going to be big. It is a 32GB Perfomance Dedicated server, and I am willing to talk about payment options because I am not sure how much a Dev cost, or what all a Dev needs to get payed for. I have everything set up there is a new premium plugin I need a Devs help with, and I would like to talk about some custom plugins maybe, but I do want a Dev to be apart of our staff team and help. I am just starting out so I don't have to much money because I have spent a ton on the server, but If you are reasonable and work with me I will help you every way I can and we can work out payments for sure.
