I have seen lots of servers not follow Eula and they don't get shut down obsidian prison is semi big if mojang enforced Eula it would be shut down by now and NO servers I play on follow Eula and they don't get shut down I think that mojang has just stoped enfocing it
Not following the EULA can result in a number of things. Your account can be banned, for one. If it's a server, I'm sure Mojang could easily block the server's IP from contacting authentication servers and/or ban the owner's account.
It's true that Mojang probably doesn't hunt people down, but there actually is a dedicated ticket system for reporting these servers. If a server chooses not to follow the EULA, all it takes is for one person to report it and potentially get it shut down.

The link to the official EULA.
So basically, don't break the rules, or else there might be some legal stuff you don't want to get into.
Minecraft EULAIf you break these rules we may stop you from using our Game. If we think it is necessary, we might even have to ask our lawyers to get in touch.
