You buy the game for an account, not from the launcher. So unless you want to have a different account on each computer you won't have to buy minecraft again

You would not. Java Edition doesn't count purchases like that. You download the launcher, and log in, then Mojang checks if the account has paid for Java Edition already. If it has, it will let you play Minecraft Java, and it will be the full version so you can join servers and play creative mode.
You can use the same account on different computers, but you cannot play on the same server with the same accounts. (There can only be 1 of the purchased player (name) in each world)
