So I had a quick question. Am I allowed to use a Minecraft map I downloaded (from planet Minecraft) and show it off on YouTube? Or does that count as a copyright issue?

Legally, you can say whatever the heck you want about it, since it was made with Minecraft. Morally, it'd be wiser to ask.
I'd say ask the owner of the map, if it doesn't say in the description!
it shouldnt, unless you claim full ownership of the mapand say its all yours, but it depends from whoever uploaded the map, ask them
