Minecraft Payments

Okay, so yesterday, and today I tried to buy Minecraft on my account. But it says my details are wrong? I tried my credit card, my parents credit card, my friends credit card. I got them to enter in all the details, yet it says transaction failed! I'm 100% clueless of what to do, I tried a Visa card, Mastercard, and paypal - none worked!
