when i'm clicking on the update when minecraft loads, it's coming up with " Fatal error occurred (4): /users/samskinner1994/library/application support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar

I have the same problem, except that i can't find the bin folder ... anywhere, not even the minecraft folder ...

oh and the .jar is in: finder/(yourusername)/library/apicationsuport/minecraft/bin.
if you have mods installed then you have to delete the minecraft.jar and after that it should work.
