Minecraft 1.8 Reobfusicating Problem? Please help.

So, I'm using MCP44 to mod Minecraft. I decompiled, made the necessary java codes into the Minecraft src, and recompiled. I even ran the client test batch to see if my mod worked, and it did, perfectly. However, when I ran the reobfusicate batch to reobfusicate the changed java files into class files for installation, it created the reobf folder, and the minecraft folder inside of it, however there were no class files created inside the reobf/minecraft folder!
I don't know what I am doing wrong? Is there something i am missing? I read all of the MCP44 instructions...
Could somebody (an experienced modder) please tell me if you see an error I am making?
I would hate to be shut out even after I got the java coding to work.
