As for a newly bought/made server, You shouldn't expect 20 people to join and stay in your server forever. People have to leave at some point, unless they love the server so much that they donate like $50 and be part of the server.

The current demography of an owner in a server is most likely a 14 year old and under. Kids have been wasting their parent's money on minecraft (not saying that minecraft is bad). Most 14 year olds just abuse their powers and whatnot.

These 14 year olds just recruit any kind of person and add them to his/her staff. It just annoys me at how these kids start running servers and just recruit 10 year olds looking after his/her server. I mean.. what the hell? They're just wanting staff for the power to order people around.

I know that not all kids are immature, but some in particular annoy the shit out of me. I don't even know why they exist.

Tell me what you think below. Thanks.

I'm not part of this group. I am 22, run a server and only recruit based on how trustworthy players are. My staff are extremely loyal to me and I pay for server hosting through donations and my own personal paychecks because I have a real job.
