How about new ores, weapons, tools, new mobs , allies, enemies, war between villages Traveling into SPAAAAAACE, a friends list to invite your friends into your singleplayer world more easily, and mojang needs to borrow some of our mods. Some people may refer to this as "stealing" their mods even though Mojang has rights to use them

Should be easier to make minecraft servers.

I'd like to see the villages turned into thriving settlements.

Mojang will NEVER make Minecraft for other consoles. ONLY for Xbox. Which is sad 'cause I only have PS3. Mojang agreed with Microsoft that they will only make stuff for their consoles.So say goodbye to your wish that minecraft would come to psp or ds....

The whole reason why Bukkit was created was to make server management easier, check it out. Flans mods add about 6 planes (6 right?). Check mods for the third idea.

They still won't make it for other consoles though

Something similar to Zepplin would be AWESOME!

Sorry to ruin the mood in this thread but I don't think Mojang are really taking ideas from forum posts any more. Jens and the crew have their ideas for the game and will stick to them. Any other ideas can be made into mods or already have. I know Notch used to read the MCF posts a couple years back while the community was smaller.

HzaboobooYou can post your ideas for new updates. Hopefully Notch might take a peek here to get some ideas from you wonderful guys.
Here's one to start off, I think they should add more water creatures other than just squids.

shield, spears and battle axes. i want more for PvP stuff also more transport stuff like minecarts that can hook on vines and different types of boats.

and maybe tamable dragons from the ender egg and tamable golems.
