Hello, can you download a version of Minecraft that could possibly have Herobrine in it. I know he might not be true, but it does say in one of the updates that he was removed. Which might mean he was there originally. Thank You.

Well, distributing jar files is against Mojang's rules as well as PMC's. If you really want to see "Herobrine" just download the mod.
