Mod Creating

Thought of an idea for a mod...But it is very technical and i don't know how to make mods . Idea's; New biome (large forest), werewolves, werebears other were creature's, silver ore and holy ore (or something of that sort ), Good or evil ( need ideas).

Good
stage 1 holy healing magic....
stage 2 holy bolts and healing...
stage 3 angel wings holy storms,bolts and healing

Evil
stage 1 dark poison magic...
stage 2 darkness beams/lazer thing's....
stage 3 demon wings fire storms, beams, poison

Silver; Only weapon that kill werecreatures & armour that protects damage from them.(including silver arrows)
Holy; Upgraded version of Silver.
Crossbow; stronger bow and insta-shot
Wings make you fly ( angel is in minecraft and end, demon is in minecraft and nether)
Other mobs...

So you see i have a alot of ideas i like stuff like this, things like fable...
:L Nobody will make this but i hope somebody might i havent seen any mods like this
so if anyone can that would be really awesome.
