Modpack conversion table
I hate it when I move my builds from one modpack to another for example from Tekkit to MindCrack as half the blocks and items disappear.
To solve this I have written a table of most of the blocks and items in Tekkit, found their IDs then found those blocks and items in Mindcrack and Yogcraft and written those down too.
Now I have this table where I can look up an ID from my builds in MCEdit and replace the old ID with the one that corresponds to the new modpack.
Here is the link if you would like to use the table yourself:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/d62rj ... _table.rar
I may update it with other modpacks soon so reply with any modpack you want me to add to the table.

Maybe, to be honest as I know nothing about coding, using Excel where I know what I'm doing and how it works is a real comfort so I'll probably just stick to that. And it's almost done for the Tekkit side.

Although it was time consuming, it is free. Also i'm not that good with coding or know anyone who is a coder.
