What you're using doesn't really matter. So long as you can access the plugins folder. You've got log in details for McPro I assume?

Only thing of interest in this file is the world names under 'mirror:'
This sets it so it shares permissions over different worlds.

This is where you set what rank has what perms.
I've added three ranks, default, citizen and staff and added essentials permissions to them to show you how they work

Then go into the 'worlds' folder, inside that there should be a folder named after your world (if it's the default it should just be called world).

If your starting a server, you should know how to do such stuff yourself.

Devs can only make custom plugins. They woun't do plugin man. Unless you have big budget to hire one to work entirely on your server.
Even then, you should learn how to man, your plugins if cr** starts to hit the fan on your server.

luigi_vampaNo, what your server is in need of is the owner learning the configs. There is absolutely no dev work involved in configs and endless people on this site who are willing to help. You'll be a better owner for having done it as you'll understand the limits of your server better and be able to push those limits further.
True, seems many kids don't understand what a DEV actually does, and want to hire a (made up ) plugin managers (who charge often for some reason) to do something that they should know before starting running a server.

So you need a dev (person creating custom plugins) or a plugin manager (someone who configres plugins)
