I do have a catch, though. I will be gone Starting June 29th for 2 weeks. Once back, I will work hard, but I will be gone at first :/

You have good credentials do you know about coding plugins???
I've never tried it, but it can't be too hard, tomorrow ill spend some time on google and see what the basic idea of it all is and see what I can do. I may even write a small one for fun and see what i can manage.
Also, forgot to mention in experience that I'm admin/op'd on multiple servers and I've helped many get started with hosting, plugins, permissions, etc.
