(I don't know where to put this)

Hello PMC!

Today I'm looking for an easy PC art program that is free.

And it needs t be easy to use. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND PANIT.NET. Something other than Paint.Net >.<

Could someone help?

Thanks,

VertziForteWhy do people hate on mspaint? If you put enough effort in it, it can look pretty awesome.

MS Paint doesn't offer a lot of features, including layers and transparency.

Same goes to any other art program.
But a pretty good and free program is Krita. It incorporates a lot of tools like from Photoshop and Sai. People say that it has a friendlier user interface and there might be some brushes you would recognize if you're an avid brush collector.

There is no real "extremely good" free programs that will offer you high quality images, unless you basically mastered a free program, but even then you'll have a hard time. You should just purchase a program.

A good one is PhotoShop CC6, and its only about $6/mo if you really want something to create art with.

CS6* is outdated. Photoshop CC is the newest and is better (I've had both).

Also, if you don't want to pay, you can get them in other ways.

no, never use MSPaint unless its a low quality style you're going for.
GIMP is probably your best bet.

If you can't understand paint.net, than I think you should pixlr online or something.

That's a shame because all the other good art programs I know of are way more complex than Paint.NET... Never could understand Gimp when I tried it.

Yes, Paint.NET is pretty easy and best for starters.
